What we are not addressing here is hopefully my scenario. I had a 400 score….But I was eating All the wrong foods. And it showed in my annual blood panels. Makes sense to need trt in this predicament. Now I’ve changed my diet and getting better lab results. My T level has to have improved with the dramatic diet switch. We will see.

My free and total T numbers were "normal" but I was suffering from depression and gut health issues. I was miserable. I went to a functional health practitioner who was instrumental in getting my gut health back AND started me on a testosterone pellet implant program. I feel fantastic! It’s a good conversation. I think age plays a part here, if you’re older in age then yes go the TRT route. If your late 20s/mid 30s then maybe consider HCG or something of the sort. TBH, the younger audience(myself included) could likely see progress my changing lifestyle variables which 100% has a direct affect on test levels. Example, diet, stress(big one), sleep, etc. Yes it sounds basic but I see huge increases by dialling in these 3. However, here’s the kicker, test levels naturally will fluctuate depending on time of day and what I mentioned earlier. So in reality, if you’re getting bloodwork done, and it’s low. It may not truly mean your low, like I got blood work done on Monday morning and again Friday morning of that same week and my test levels were night and day. Again, age plays a part here and if you fall into that ramge

Had my first seizure in June at 30. 5 Concussions jun-December from seizing. After blood tests and MRi’s I was told I have a large prolactinoma that’s compressing my hypothalamus. It sucks. They also said I’ve got large brain lesions & “white matter disease”. Long story short I have surgery scheduled and so many medications my bathroom looks like CVS. I find comfort in thinking I will be able to go back to normal if the procedure goes well. Life for the past 7 months has been an extremely hard experience I don’t wish on anyone. Sorry for typing a book, all I can do these days is read and watch UA-cam on my phone laying in bed. My social life is nonexistent so this is my way of interacting. I am praying for everyone struggling with these things, may they find treatments that work.

yeah, not even to comment on my family, but one of my good friends is like this. I have told him how self absorbed he is and how much he only talks about himself even in groups. Its been maybe 15 years and he hasnt changed a bit other than acknowledging it and sometimes apologize, only to immediately interrupt you with a not-even-good story about themself. You gotta keep those people at arms length, we still have good times but you cant let them parasitically nab all your time and attention that they hardly even remember doing.
